Wonderful post MaShaAllah. Indeed one of ijaz of the Quran as noted in detail by Jurjaani and other scholars is it's remarkable clarity and a lack of obfuscation in what it's says. (Used as an argument for it's divine origin)

A use of badaa, as highlighted to mean 'emerge of' is in the following verse of Surah Sajda (32:7), where besides just the prosodic beauty of the use of word badaa, it signifies the coming of a man into being.

الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنسَانِ مِن طِينٍ

"He who perfected everything He created and began the creation of man from clay."
